It was an awful experience, to be honest the room is pretty good comparing to the price. But the service was VERY bad. First of all, I respectfully asked for one of the housekeepers staff to pick up my food delivery and they refused saying its the hotel policy! Literally EVERY hotel in the world offer this type of small service (which is picking up the food). The most awful thing is when I went down i found my food on the street floor outside the hotel! What kind of service is that? At least one of the staff must take it to the reception table! Second, I called the hotel before booking the room and asked if i can bring guests to the swimming pool and the lady says “sure feel free” but when I arrived and paid they told me you can only allow two guest! You can imagine how unprofessional the situation is! Third, the lady working at the ladies section by the pool was VERY unwelcoming and unprofessional. At first she refused to allow me to enter the pool at 10:00AM because my checkout is at 2:00PM! I already informed the reception and they told me its fine but she insisted that I cannot enter until she confirmed with one of the other staff. Finally, I don’t think that I would repeat the experience nor recommend the hotel to anyone because I didn’t feel that I was staying at a respectable hotel AT ALL.

I am staying here right now. My company extended my stay in this hotel for one more week and sent them an email yesterday. Hotel management this afternoon disconnected my room wifi without informing me since my original checkout date was today. Later wifi was restored when I went to Reception and showed the mail from Company to extend my stay for one more week which they missed for amending my check-out dates.. Surprisingly later in the evening one room boy opened the door using his card key without giving a ring in the calling bell. I was shocked to see him inside my room and he left after seeing me. He said he came to see if I had checked out. It's the first time in my life I am having such an experience in a hotel. Hotel Ambience, Breakfast, Room Service, House Keeping all are excellent and can be given 100/100. TV doesn't have any Malayalam channels. There is an iron box but no power point in the room matching the plug of the iron box. There is no Indian food on the breakfast menu or lunch/dinner menu.

Recently stayed here in December 2022, during my stay, an expensive shirt of mine went missing from my room. I calmly and patiently raised the matter with the house keeping manager, only to later be told, that it isn't at the hotel anywhere and i probably left it outside the hotel somewhere. Clearly this hotel doesn't understand or respect their guests, if they have the audacity to tell a paying client that I am lying to them. RIDICULOUS!! I even asked numerous times for the GM or Operation Manager's email or number, and he straight out refused to share!! I've now been waiting 4 days for either of them to reach out to me. Extremely disappointing and shocking. Never staying back here again, and highly suggest to avoid this hotel if this is how they treat their guests. How does one's personal belonging dissapear like that from a locked hotel room? No compensation or even explanation given. SHOCKING.

Im extremely disappointed by my experience at this hotel. 1- room service were rude when we asked for 4 robes, as we were 4 individuals staying in the room. When i contacted the reception they informed me that there weren't 4 robes available in the hotel which was shocking, after many complains they finally brought them. 2- the main reason we stayed in that hotel was the female pool. There weren't any staff or cleaners in there. There was trash all around and dirty towels on the floor and only a few sun loungers. No life guard. 100% not worth anyones money. Also spoke to the reception and their excuse was they didn't have female cleaners. 3- the room was fine we stayed in the two bedroom executive suite, fairly clean and spacious. Overall bad experience and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
