حديقة حيوانات الرياض الوطنية من أشهر مناطق الجذب السياحي المفضلة للعائلات في الرياض. تم افتتاحه في أواخر الثمانينيات ، وازدادت شعبيته منذ ذلك الحين. وهي معروفة محليًا باسم حديقة حيوانات ملاذ. تضم حديقة الحيوانات أكثر من 1500 حيوان و 80 نوعًا من الطيور التي لها أصول جغرافية مختلفة. بذلت الإدارة قصارى جهدها للحفاظ على بيئة الحياة البرية الطبيعية حيث تُرى هذه الحيوانات تتجول بحرية في موائلها التي تم إنشاؤها بشكل مصطنع.

عوامل الجذب والمرافق

أهم ما يميز حديقة الحيوان هو ركوب القطار. يوجد قطاران صغيران للأطفال يأخذان الأطفال في رحلة بالقطار لمدة 20 دقيقة ومنحهم جولة في حديقة الحيوان. داخل حديقة الحيوان ، سترى الفهود والأسود والنمور والغوريلا والشمبانزي والفيلة والتماسيح والحمر الوحشية والزرافات وطيور النحام والعديد من الحيوانات. تضم حديقة الحيوانات أيضًا نمور البنغال الشهيرة التي تعود أصولها إلى شبه القارة الهندية. سوف تجد الحبارى الأفريقية في حديقة الحيوان أيضًا ، وهي طائر شبه منقرض في المملكة العربية السعودية.

توجد قاعة للصلاة ومطاعم ومقاهي ومنافذ لبيع الآيس كريم ومراحيض داخل المنطقة للزوار. إنها رحلة تعليمية رائعة للأطفال حيث يمكنهم التعرف على الحيوانات أثناء مشاهدتها في الحياة الواقعية. قبل إغلاق حديقة الحيوان مباشرة ، يمكنك رؤية فقمتين بالميناء يوضحان مواهبهما في الحصول على الطعام من مدربهما.

توقيت حديقة الحيوان

من الأفضل زيارة حديقة الحيوانات خلال فصل الشتاء حيث يكون الطقس حارًا جدًا في الصيف ، وتفضل الحيوانات البقاء بعيدًا عن الأنظار في الظل. تغلق حديقة الحيوانات في صلاة المغرب خلال أيام الأسبوع وتبقى مغلقة أيام الأحد.

I like the change that has been made. It's more appealing for children. Clean, spacious and a great place to visit with the family, as there are benches all around, for the tired visitors to rest. An abundance of snacks, finger food and ice cream, along with drinks Widely available. There's not much animals, however did not like to see the giraffe, with the tranquilizer and other animals look a little sad. But we liked the birds and the ambience to chill. Would recommend to take little kids. They would like to run, play, the dress up as animals were super cute, so was the little marching band.

Riyadh zoo, a nice place to be with family n kids. Lot of animals and birds to see there.. It will be a hot visit, but realize it is even hotter for the animals.its well designed and architecture its quite amazing..

Great place to visit with friends and family but i advice better to go at winter time.. If go now summer very hot u should bring water bottled to drink while walking the place is clean and tidy.. U can book online or pay on site..

Riyadh zoo, a nice place to be with family n kids. Lot of animals and birds to see there. View points are provided with shades to avoid direct sunlight. Some animals you can feed and it's written on the boards clearly. Proper ways are marked with sign boards. Well maintained and places to sit. But the shops cafes not good I would say and needs much improvement in food variety. Free parking available on site but can be full in public holidays. Online and onsite both tickets available.

As a Google guide, I recently visited Riyadh Zoo and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of animals and attractions on offer. The zoo is well-maintained and has a good selection of wildlife from around the world, including lions, tigers and elephants.The enclosures are spacious and appear to be designed with the animals' welfare in mind. In addition to the animal exhibits, the zoo has several play areas for children, as well as food and drink outlets. I particularly enjoyed the bird exhibit, which had a wide range of exotic birds and provided a unique opportunity to get up close to them. Overall, I would highly recommend a visit to Riyadh Zoo, whether you are a local resident or a tourist. The entrance fee is affordable, and there is plenty to see and do for visitors of all ages. The only downside is that the zoo can get quite crowded, so it's best to arrive early in the day to avoid the crowds. XOXO
