A home that houses history at its finest. This UNESCO World heritage site dates back from its construction in 1876 until 1881 by elite family of Omar Nassif Efendi. It has been opened as a museum and cultural center in 2009 where exhibits and lectures are given by some historians. It was also tagged as "kind of social salon" in 1920's by John Bradley due to some consuls and merchants were gathered here. Inside it, visitors and tourists could find Arabic Calligraphy and designs on walls and tiles originally by Ottoman Turks. This so called " The House with the Tree " has 106 rooms where you could find artworks and a private library which in time accumulated 16,000 books that belongs to King Abdulaziz University central library.
