此前开设了著名的连锁餐厅“Wagamama”，中英餐厅老板 Alan Yau 于 2004 年在伦敦开设了第一家 Yauatcha 餐厅。这家餐厅立即获得了很多认可，后来在 2005 年获得了第一颗米其林星。
今天，Yauatcha 现已成为“Hakkasan Group”旗下的全球品牌，继续在包括沙特阿拉伯在内的世界许多地方提供最优质的中国菜。其唯一的连锁店位于利雅得 Olaya 街的 Faisaliah 购物中心内，提供屡获殊荣的传统“点心”、“粤菜”和其他受地区影响的菜肴。
现代家具与中国传统装饰相结合，在提升用餐体验方面发挥着重要作用。随着餐厅被抬高，Yauatcha 还为客人提供了一个通过带大三角形玻璃窗的美丽阳台，在享用美食的同时欣赏城市美景的机会。

Stop removing your stable items from the menu, I've been ordering the same items since your opening..
Remove seasonal items, but don't remove stable items that made Yauatcha what it is for me today...
It's like (example) I am used to order Pepperoni Pizza, and then your management decides to remove Pepperoni Pizza due to low demand.... Pepperoni is a stable item you don't remove it...

We had our dinner experience in Yauatcha and we enjoy the food. The food feel like home and we found cute & yummy moon cake which is so difficult to find here in Riyadh.
Special thanks to waiter named Shahid, he one of friendly and helpful staff. Other staff also friendly and helpful as well. Thanks again.

I have visited this restaurant a few times. It definitely keeps to its brand values and standards. the food is of a high quality and the service is fantastic. I would absolutely recommend this place. I would like to thank the Yauatcha team for their professional and welcoming attitude, they truly made me feel valued as a customer. In particular I would like to thank Jawahir, Mohammed, Suria, Anan, and Mehadra.
