Embarking on a quest to discover the best burger in Riyadh, The California Burger stood out with high praises and stellar reviews. Intrigued, I decided to check it out and see what all the fuss was about.
First, I found out that it's a self-service joint just like an In-N-Out Burger.
Admittedly, my expectations were elevated due to the glowing feedback I had received. However, when handed out my double patty smashed burger and a side of fries, it became apparent that the burger leaned more towards the fast-food spectrum, falling short of my anticipation for a gourmet experience with a proper 180g grain-fed patty. The taste bore a striking resemblance to offerings from popular fast-food chains like McDonald's or Five Guys.
Regrettably, my quest for the ultimate burger champion continues.

The Wagyu burger was decent, but the brioche bread was soaked in oil, which was unappealing. Excessive sauce masked the meat's flavor, and the ordered Wagyu strips were satisfactory. Portions seemed small, and the prices were slightly on the higher side. Overall, an okay experience with room for improvement.

The taste quality was good but not giving me feel like talateen branch. This branch is small and one only in Riyadh. Which is quite far from the downtown.

I order the Veal Burger and the Veal Fries.
The taste of burger was good but I mostely like the fries.

Good burger experience but their (peep brand) mayonnaise messed it up. Kindly change the brand in my opinion. Mayo is definitely an important ingredient for a delightful taste.
