3rd Floor Cafe 位于 King Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz 路，是一家安静而精致的小型咖啡店，供应不同类型的茶和咖啡。这个地方以其位于哈姆拉广场 3 层和最高层的位置而得名。
虽然内部座位有限，但 3 楼设有一个大型户外露台，可以欣赏到广场其他地方的景色。里面的灯光昏暗 - 非常适合享受舒适的咖啡休息时间。工作人员非常细心，您总会发现服务员在四处走动，确保每位客人都点菜。
这里供应的饮料种类繁多。热的和冰的。这些可以伴随着从柜台附近的玻璃展示架上看到的各种蛋糕和糕点。
咖啡店的装饰有限，但与这里的气氛很相配，每面墙上都展示了几幅大画布，咖啡馆和外面的几个角落还可以看到花盆，还有露台上的LED树在晚上美丽地点亮。

I visited the place more than once and it was good. Today, the service is very bad, especially from the lady at the reception. The air conditioning is only available for private sessions, and this thing is surprising!!!!!!
