Normal burger.. late to prepare your order within 30min

I love their food, but going to the restaurant and finding a seat is a hassle and makes the experience really bad, long waits for just wanting to have a burger and a shake,
I’d rather have them let us call them and reserve a seat instead of waiting an hour and the staff didn’t even let us sit inside to wait at least, we had to find another coffee shop or sit outside under the sun!
Please give us the option to call and reserve a seat! No one wants to wait an hour outside, we would rather wait at home.

So we ordered moe & classic burgers ? 10/10 moist filling fresh. However the choice of sauces on the fries were not great. Should've kept it only garlic sauce. ?❤️ p.s: i forgot to try the donuts

Let me start with the food: it’s really good, we ate all of it. The chicken, tacos, burgers, fries… everything was on point.
But what was even better than the food, was the customer service we received, these people are educated enough to know how to serve a customer and although i had some complaints at first, they made sure i leave happy and satisfied.
