Amazing food and service, Their main focus is to take care of their customers and the quality of the food. It's one of the best restaurants in Madina. The property is going to have some renovations and there will be new things added in the menu. If you are around have a visit ?.

Visiting Madinah Munwarrah and decided to take the family to Swiss House after finding great reviews online. The reviews were spot on... Food was excellent, service from front of desk and waitress was faultless and atmosphere was amazing (we sat outside on the terrace). Highly recommended for anyone looking for a variety of different cuisines to please multiple taste buds.

Unbelievably disappointing!
This restaurant went from really high quality food and service to such a below average place.
Only 3 staff in one shift? We stayed in the outside view side tables and there was one nice waiter only and no one else to take rounds or either to check if the customers need anything. Imagine that we had to wait for that one waiter to ask for salt or paper! Absolutely ridiculous.
The food taste is below average which is really disappointing and surprising. And it actually got cold while we were waiting for someone to take the salt order so the taste went below than the below average.

One of our favourite places in Madinah. We always come back. Love most their dishes. Except for the salmon, its dry and bland. Overall very good prices with large portions.
They have an outdoor seating option as well (when weather allows).
They also have a lunch offer during the weekdays until 5 pm for 66 SR, which is what we got today.
Staff are very friendly.
Service is fast.
They used to have a bigger menu with more options, but its much less now.
