I've been a regular customer everytime I visit Madinah, but not anymore.
1) Food overall is still good and tasty (this is why I'm rating it 2 not 1 star)
2) Main courses are served before appetisers, the place is not organised and we get a chaotic vibe, food was late
3) Seats have been changed and are now less comfortable (they just look fancy and more cafe-like)
4) Smoking is allowed indoors and we have kids which is unacceptable
5) Menu is not fully available (e.g corn soup)
Overall, it seems they are now focused more on being a cafe and selling shisha, rather than being a restaurant.

First time visit worth it I was just awesome experience with food very delicious and service just outstanding thanks to all team very helpful and polite this restaurant will be our regular now

This place has a beautiful outdoor seats and great view over Sultana road , the food here isn’t bad , the prices are kinda acceptable as well , over all , if you love the outdoor seats , visit this place

One friend suggested this place for steak, trust me they have best steak in medina, staff is very helpful and kind especially Ben the smile and service he gave its matching with heart i will visit soon for the steak and Ben.

So basically, we've been waiting for 20min. I've called the waiter twice and he didn't even make a sign. I needed to go look for the menu myself. It was a QR code put somewhere.
While I was there (inside), music was suddenly put very loudly. I asked a waiter to turn the volume down. He said okay. Music was lower for 2min and again, was back very loudly. Like really really loudly inside. We were only 2 families inside!
After waiting too long for someone to come and take our order, and because of the very impleasant welcome, we decided to leave. No one asked us if anything was wrong!!
Moreover, the place was not clean. I wouldn't say dirty, but not well cleaned. Our table has a lot of crumbs. The place didn't smell good also.
I didn't taste the food, so I can't evaluate it. It looks delicious though.
I hope this criticism will be taken seriously by the owner in a positive way.
