I stayed in this hotel during Hajj. I enjoyed my stay, especially that it's not too far from Masjid Al Haram. The employees were nice and quite responsive to requests. Plus the rooms were quite spacious and clean. They have delicious and assorted dishes at their restaurant.

Generally it is a nice Hotel. My bedroom TV wasn't working, complaint 3 times, but no one could resolve the problem. Other than that the staff was friendly with good services.
