I absolutely loved the hotel.
It is just a 6 minutes walk from the holy haram, accessable to the nearby malls.
Extremly friendly staff.
Amazing ambience.
Great food.
The breakfast buffet had a huge range of food.... suitable to all palates.
Great value for money.
Also it has a shuttle that takes you to the haram for prayers.....
150% recommended...
Great job staff...
Special mention to hussain the bell boy, bilal the waiter and the house keeper...
Sweet people.

I’m writing on behalf of my mum and dad . They have been given a very small room with very tiny little space to move . The room service wasn’t done properly and also the toilet was blocked as well. We paid a good amount to coke and stay at this hotel and we will be staying till Saturday and considering it’s a five star hotel I thought we would have atleast walking space for 2 people not clashing into each other. Room number 2306 . Room service : 2/5. Room itself :1/5. Not convenient for 2 people and their luggage. Would think twice before booking this hotel. Thank you

Location is perfect, except for the slope while coming back from haram is a real killer...... Breakfast was awesome.... Good variety. Great to and fro service from haram, Rooms are very small, the bed occupies the entire room, no much place to move around.

The hotel was obviously new, so all facilities were great and clean. Everything was perfect.
The only thing that there are still constructions in Haram so you have to walk a lot to reach the accessible gates of Haram and it’s on a hill so won’t be suitable for everyone.

I would like personally thank Mr. Abdel hadi who's the receptionist in this hotel, he was so kind and do all needed requirements by himself. The quality of room is so excellent. I do recommend this hotel for everyone
