Below feedback is based on morning time visit during working day (not weekend) :
Ambient: very calm and relaxing.
Service: Excellent and very fast, and get what I was expecting.
Price: reasonable, hot drinks high little bit.
Staff: very polite and friendly.
Quality of Shisha: very good ?
Quality of drink (Amricano): Very good ?
Cleanness: very clean and neat.
Conclusion: very satisfied, definitely I will visit again.

The palace is relaxing and a bit croweded during popular football matches. Lacking outdoor facilities. Food options are limited.

Probably THE best shisha tobacco in dammam and khobar. I have been in many shisha lounges for the past 10 years they were all decent but this one 10/10.
