I popped in for a quick stay, the only issue i faced was a smell in the room from the cleaning detergents they use.

Please check the room before you register and pay full price, otherwise you will be in the same situation as me. You will pay full price for your stay and lose money. The people working at the reception are rude and ill-mannered, just like the manager and manager of the hotel. And the best thing is, when you ask questions, they will be sitting in the hotel manager's room, looking at you through the security cameras and laughing. You can hear all this. And after a month of waiting for your money, a manager from the service department will call you, Amjad, who will apologize 100 times and confirm that you have lost your money! Then you will return to the hotel, take a document with a transaction number, supposedly the money has been transferred, but this will not be true either! Because the bank will not be able to confirm this operation. This is how Saudi Arabia will greet you in the form of this hotel. Pass by.

Ill make this as short and clear as possible.
This is not a four star hotel but a motel trying to act like a hotel
AC makes horrible noise
Bathroom not sanitized up to standard
Sewage was clogged

Really it's a magnificent place. Everything is well organized and remarkable. The staff is very cooperative and elegant, The rooms are wide, clean and very comfortable. Also the other places inside the hotel are very superb and splendid.

I like the place! The staff were very helpful and friendly! The management team should pay attention to the swimming pool area, that was the only thing I would say as a negative point. Other than that, Strongly recommend!
