It was outright horrible experience.. i will never travel in srilankan airlines because they provided this hotel for quarantine... The hotel people are very rude and the food is similar to labour camps. They don't even provide plates and give the food in plastic bags . They are not ready to provide any service and reply very rudely when you request anything. I requested milk for tea and they said it's not available and also said they will provide water and 2 packs only and i shouldn't ask more..
I was starving on my quarantine days.
Please don't book this hotel ..

Very poor quality..bad attitude from staff. Especially there was one filipino guy on reception..food quality is very very very very poor ... Even one star they didn't deserve..

Foods are worst than labor camps, Last 3 days I am eating Tea buiscuits due to smelly foods. Poor Behaviour by staff only one philipino guy Von and Imran are good rest no one got training to deal in Hospitality.
