Head Sheif Mr. Salloum is a fantastic cook. From last 3 days I am eating so many good food made by him. All fantastic.
Mr. Mahmood hospitality is very good. Both guys a tums up.

This is a great Iftar experience.
A rich menu and staff round the clock to make sure all goes well. The best part is how our table is always kept clean by staff. The restaurant manager is on deck, making sure quality service is provided.
I'm excited to spend 10 more days of iftar here.

The Best restaurant in Mekkah the Manager Mahmood very friendly and the waiter Islam Ahmed was extremely helpful and friendly the food was exceptionally good. Very difficult to get this good quality of food in Mekkah. Well done Shatein Restaurant and keep up the good work

Excellent food, clean place and organized
Ramadan buffet has a good variety of food
However, I expected more compared to the price (SAR 241.50 per person)
