The hotel has new infrastructure and located near to the airport and main city center. Room, toilet, pool area, gum and rooftop are clean and tidy. Helpful staff from check in, restaurant to room service. Reasonable Price.

On our way back from Umrah, we decided to stay here overnight as we had early morning flight and our children are little. When ordered room service, we were served Angus burger with beacons. After complaining about the beacon in the burger, the staff argued with me saying the beacons were halal because they sacrificed the pigs in the name of Allah to make it halal. I had to pay for replacement burger which I didn't not mind at all. But, seriously ? serving halal beacons in this holy land for Muslims is totally unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend any Muslim to come to this hotel at all.

The rooms here are quite nice and spacious and the staff is very accommodating. The gym is basic but very clean and they have a sauna and steam room as well as a really nice deck on the roof with a pool that is totally great to lounge in. The breakfast here is amazing too! Would totally recommend staying here!

All staff at breakfast are very polite.
And then amazing Burhan from housekeeping team. He's very attentive to all your needs.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. Very close to the airport and entertainment event centers. Rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. Nice rooms with full glass windows with view of landing aircrafts and the highway. The staff are very helpful as well especially “Abeer”. They granted me with free late check out when my flight was late in the evening.
