The moment you arrive, you can't help but be impressed by the meticulous design and ambiance that envelops the place. The sleek and sophisticated atmosphere sets the stage for what should be an extraordinary dining experience.
However, as we scanned the barcode to access the menu, one couldn't help but be taken aback by the sky-high prices. It's no secret that quality comes at a cost, especially in a fine dining establishment, but there's a fine line between upscale and extravagant. While they undoubtedly offers an exceptional dining experience, it's worth mentioning that they are not the only Japanese restaurant in town. The menu prices left us somewhat incredulous, and it's rare for me to comment on such matters, but this was a bit too steep to overlook.
Now, onto the food. Nozomi does deliver on the promise of quality cuisine, with most dishes meeting expectations. However, there was one notable exception – the duck salad. This dish, unfortunately, missed the mark. Instead of the expected delicate shreds of duck, we were served large, unwieldy chunks. It was a surprising departure from the meticulous attention to detail that one would expect in an establishment of this caliber.
Anyhow the misstep with the duck salad was a reminder that even in the finest establishments, there's room for improvement.

The atmosphere was good and the short ribs were excellent. However, the rest of our dishes (mushroom rice, chan san roll, and duck salad) were below expectations, especially the duck salad was a disaster. The service was also horrible and not welcoming at all. I won’t come again.

Nozomi is one of the best fine dining spots in Riyadh. I had a pleasant evening last Wednesday since I had a special occasion.
Anyways, the food was great overall. Shrimp popcorn was good, San Shan was nice and I had a sliced ribs dish, which happens to be my favorite dish among my orders. We also ordered chicken gyoza, and it was a bit underwhelming compared to other orders. The service was superb of course and they had valet service.
As a restaurant, it's definitely a perfect choice for an occasion thanks to its great atmosphere, however, I have been to places that had better food and cheaper, but the ambiance and service compensate for that.

A really good experience and a highlight of the Riyadh restaurant scene. The staff is very friendly and absolutely professional. They are able to explain all foods in detail to you if you want so. The menue is not too large but it it easy to find something for any taste. If you compare price and quality, also of the service, it is on the higher end but worse it. A special thanks to Mr. Reda, who served my partner and me perfectly.

I can't find anything i don't like about the brunch. Sushi is fresh enough, sufficient varieties, refeshing cocktail, excellent service and great ambience.
It's probably the only japanese restaurant here with fine brunch experience.
Will visit again.
