Absolutely poor service! When we checked in about 5:30 in the morning there was only
One person in the reception. We had to wait more than 2 hours to check in. Very very poor given the size of the Hotel. After checking they gave us wrong rooms, charged us extra money and promised we have the view of kaaba which was not the case. After complaining they said they will sort it after zuhur prayer but there was no sign. They kept on saying they will sort it, eventually we spent the whole day without any rest because we didn’t have no place to rest. Duty manager was very arrogant not sure why he think he is above his customers. You would think 5 star hotel basic service would be good FAR FROM IT. hotel was nice, location was good. but service is the worst

"The Anti-Smile Hotel"
Nobody is smiling at this hotel.
Customer service rates a 1 out of 10.
I booked a triple room, but they provided me with only 2 beds. I called them several times, and they brought the third bed after 24 hours! LITERALLY after 24 hours ! I had to sleep on the ground.
The staff at the reception treat you poorly, not everyone, but most of them.
The restaurant employees are amazing. I hope the HR department can hire people like them for the reception.
HR department, you need to train your employees on how to interact with customers.

This hotel isn’t anywhere close to 5 star. The great thing is the location.
Reception wait time is horrible as there are only few people working than counters available.
We booked a room with three beds. Two adults and one 8 year old child. When we got to the room there were only two single beds. I called the receptionist and they said they will send up a crib. When I told them the child was 8 years old her just said “oh okay”. I thought we would be getting a new room enough for three beds. Instead they just squeezed another bed so there was no space left in the room.
Great location but if you want the 5 star experience this hotel isn’t it. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.
