莲花餐厅是麦加最好的餐厅之一，莲花餐厅位于麦加五星级酒店千禧酒店内。高层建筑距离著名的 Zamzam 井、Al Salam Gate 和宏伟的 Masjid al-Haram 清真寺 11 公里。不错的酒店，装饰精美，大堂有很多地方可以坐。客房和别致的套房提供免费 Wi-Fi、纯平电视、迷你吧、保险箱以及茶和咖啡器具。整个酒店的美感非常好，房间非常舒适。部分客房设有厨房、用餐区和/或独立起居区。

Restaurant was really good, the manager there was exceptional, accommodating and reasonable. Cleaning was alright but not the best. The room service was slow. Reception was OK but they won't do you any favours when they make mistakes.
The restaurant manager had to apologise to me about the bad service I received from the reception and house keeping and he allowed me to bring extra guests for free because of the problems I had, eventhough it wasn't his department.
Overall a bareable stay.
It would of been excellent if only the reception was more hospitable and recompense for the mistakes They made instead of the restaurant manager.

Stayed at the hotel for around 2 weeks.
Clean place and hallways smell good. A person would serve arabic coffee and thought that was a nice gesture. Staff were helpful and friendly.
One young boy even helped with a special request at a late hour and it was much appreciated. Food was delicious with big portions and orders were served promptly. Lounge area was comfortable and spacious.
Disadvantages include having 2 beds pushed together to form 1 'king'-sized bed, but it was very uncomfortable. Internet speed can vary from one room to another. No gym for the ladies available. Can sometimes not find any clean towels/slippers/toothbrush etc. ready when entering a new room and you need to request for them.
Also, a fire alarm would go off at such late hours for no reason which would startle me awake. We never knew the reason for them as no evacuation nor explanation was done/recieved.
All in all it's a good hotel, but would not call it a 5-star treatment.
