Great service, and the staff went above and beyond to fulfil our preferences. The food alhamdu lillah. Perhaps could dip the bbq bites in the sauce instead of putting sauce on top. And burgers were nice

Poor customer management.
Staff isnt oriented well for dealing with multiple orders.
I asked to give drink first since the que was long but i was told that its not possible. ?

Excellent service from Laila and ilmahmoon - cannot fault their excellence customer attentiveness- best I’ve had in KSA. An asset to this business, will be coming again for sure

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. I ordered a burger which was supposed to have beef bacon, cheese, meat, crispy onions and more and they gave me just meat and cheese. When I complained to them they proceeded to get angry at me and didn’t even have the decency to apologise. Absolutely appalled by this restaurant and I will not be recommending it to any else and will be telling them to stay far away from cheese house.
The employees should be ashamed of themselves.
