I tried Burger Boutique in Jeddah, Dammam and Riyadh. Unfortunately this branch is my worst experience with the chain.
We had to wait for 10 min to order even though the restaurant isn’t crowded. After the order, we had to wait extra 25 min just to bring a bottle of water! I don’t know why the service here is the poorest among my experience!
Solar gravity is really mind blowing but Philly fries was a disappointment.

I have to be honest here:
I came to this restaurant because of the reviews on google map. I ordered “B Burger” and “Chicago Burger” with cheese fries. This burger is the WORST burger I have ever tried in my entire life! TOO MUCH salt in the meat, the burger is tiny and the sauce tastes awful! The fries cold as ice and no salt. I don’t know why the fires has no salt where the burgers has more!
When I complained to the waiter, he said “ the taste should be like that (sir)” what the .. !?
I am completely shocked ! How in the world does this restaurant have such a high rate! On the top of that, the price is too high!
The only thing good at the restaurant is the deign , THAT’S IT!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT ! Again I DON’T RECOMMEND IT.

This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious burgers, beautiful presentation, berry drunk was really a thirsty killer. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

Food is great and delicious.. The restaurant is cozy and fancy in design.. Love the way they treat customers.. Service is excellent.. The overall atmosphere is very nice.. Indeed one of my best experiences in Riyadh restaurants ?

Nice atmosphere: it’s quiet with some soft music and dim lights.
The food was good, and surprisingly the appetizers were better than the burgers we had.
The prices are as high as usual, and I salute them for not going crazy high with their prices.
The working team is nice and professional. Special thanks to Romeo! He was the best from the beginning until the very end!
