First of all, the receptionist Iman looks like she's not happy you're there. None of the employees look like they're welcoming. You work in hospitality! That's the bare minimum. A sour face isn't meant for your field of work. If you hate your life, don't bring it to your job.
Secondly, Iman LIED and said that none of the rooms are smoking rooms. When I got to my room, there was an ASHTRAY and my father's room smelled like cigarettes.
So not only are you bitter about your life and job, you LIE. It was a weird start. Whoever owns this hotel needs to step it up! Train your employees.
The rooms were decent, and breakfast was okay. But WOW, the customer service is utter trash. Astafurgillah, I hate writing bad reviews but I want to warn others to stay away.
