Nice and friendly people. Good service. The room had no window and it was a short stay so I didn't ask for a replacement

Service is quite poor, and Blanket was with spots.
Noise disturbance is a bit problem during sleeping from other rooms and surroundings.

Hotel is fine
Rooms are also good
But receptionist didnot understand Any other language
2nd restaurant and other Cleaning staff extremely illdiaciplined and v lazy
Breakfast only for people on diet.
Very far from Masjid Nabwi and no taxi here so b careful

Worse hotel to stay at
The water is for free and when ever we ask them, they bring too little and that includes the tissue
Literally every single time
There was an issue with me at the checkout and it was on them, no apologies were given only cold attitude and rudeness
And the put the blame on me
The price is affordable but even if it is for free i don’t recommend at all.
