Good rooms with all basic necessities especially in deluxe room has snacks and drinks, very close mosque but it's far from masjid e Nabvi

It wasn't good it was bad experience and their location is very far from masjid the cleaning is also poor

We spent one overnight in this hôtel.
The rooms are pretty Much good ( to pay attention to the cleaning at some extent, e.g walls).
Inacceptable behavior of the valet, please see picture. Is this how we do figure out in presence of the client ?
Same for the receptionnist lady watching a movie in the evening, with very loud sound, that I had to ask her to lower it, in order I can continue reading my book in the lobby. This is inacceptable.
The breakfast is below average, with somebody low quality products Such As juices which were from acid powder..
Hope the management will react soon in terms of stricter guidelines...

Very nice Hotel! The room is very big and got everything you want. A Mosque is 10 second fat what is brilliant for Fajr Prayer. Everthing is super clean and a lot of parking space in front of the hotel. If you have a car then it’s perfect located.

It was a good experience for me in terms of service provided by the hotel. Room was equipped with all the necessities that one could expect in a 5 star hotel.
But there were few micro incests in the bed due to which I couldn’t sleep well. Also, location from the Haram was very far.
