The hotel has a very poor service. The staff don't want to help you and are not friendly. They also wanted more money than agreed. I asked if the price is fixed and if there are any fees or taxes. I was told that the fees and taxes are included in the price. Then I noticed that more money was deducted from my account because of fees. As if that wasn't enough, they wanted more money from me and talked to me extremely cheekily as if they were a mafia.

Very bad rooms, not clean, I would recommend any one to stay in this nightmare.

About 20 mins away from the Haram by car.
The hotel was excellent, and the room was amazingly spacious, which was a huge plus.
Breakfast, however, was unappealing so that was a pass.
Overall i would definitely stay here again.

Hotel rooms very good, reception service is so so. Location there is no facility like limousines or bus. No restaurant around
