Violet Al-Shisha

They don't have busses. I've been walking for more than 30mins,.so many hotels have soooo many busses of other companies . I still didn't find this one. Second time stating at this hotel. Bus service is bad. Take a taxi and save the time.... It turns out, they parked the bus in another area.... The first time they put the bus with the ash shifa area busses because it's called VIOLET AS SHIFA! the second time I stayed they put the bus in another area. Don't recommend it.

This hotel's Shuttle bus service is absolutely pathetic. It's a big waste of time to search bus from Haram to the hotel. Also no cabs available easily. Cabbies charge 50 to 100 riyals from Haram to the hotel. I never got the hotel bus while returning back to the hotel . We always wasted a lot of time in search of the hotel bus from Haram, whenever we rang, the driver, he would say, it's there present at the parking place but we never found since the hotel's name is mentioned only on the front part of the bus, neither on the sides nor behind and that too just in small letters and there are many buses may be around 100 in numbers then how would one recognize the bus among those. It's very difficult for women traveling with their old parents. We were only 2 sisters with our old father, going in search of bus, can't find then begging the cabbies, engaging in all this we missed our prayers, also very tiring. In addition they don't mention the exact time as to what time the bus will depart from the hotel. They never informed that the last bus will leave at 10 am on Friday, after 10 no bus due to which we missed our Jumma salah at haram since they blocked all the roads to the holy place.

The hotel staff was very accommodating especially they allowed early check in and even accommodated for the late check out. 5 Starts to the staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The prices are economical, also every room has an outdoor space which I really liked. The only average thing was the restaurant food/buffet (Honestly it wasn't good 😵) I will definitely stay here again 😊

One of the finest room services provided. Only negative point is a little bit long distance from "Masjid Al Haram". Recommended for family stay. Recommendations for them,they can make the kids club free and more frequent bus services.
