I spent four nights in room 2331 and would like to continue staying here, God willing. The service, breakfast, view of the Kaaba, room size, proximity to the Kaaba, in-room speakers for congregational prayer, and the professionalism of the staff were all outstanding. They provided ample coffee, tea, and bathroom supplies, making our stay quite comfortable. The only downside was the excessively cold AC, which we couldn’t adjust, and the staff couldn’t assist with the thermostat issue. 5 start nonetheless!!

It's a good hotel..
Maintained to a high standard..
The location is superb..
Very clean.. restaurant's food is good.. (open buffet)..
Staff are friendly and always happy to help..
Rooms are quite small, and so are the bathrooms.. and they are not soundproof!!! Which is disappointing..
We could hear all the conversations and noises from the next room..
Our room was separated by a door from the room next door.. I'm not sure if this is the reason.. yet it's still bad..
Prices aren't cheap at all.. so at least some comfort is expected..

Staying in room 926 and 925 for 4 nights, housekeeping and cleaning is very good. Clean bathroom, clean nice smelling room. This is first time will come again and recommend family members. Rizan has been very helpful and is always there when you need him.

This was my first stay at the hotel. I stayed in Room 1134 for 5 nights, housekeeping has been excellant and kept everything clean. As our Bathroom and room smelled good each day. Mr Rizan was especially good with making sure everything was kept clean and order, also helped us arrange a taxi to get visit many different sites around.

It was a really great to stay here at Swiss O tell Mecca, Clock Tower. The staff was very friendly and the room service was really efficient. The only draw back was that for kids it’s difficult to warm up milk but the room service was still helpful and provided warm milk.
I would recommend to stay here again.
