A wonderful stay, cleanliness, service, and location are all on point. Less than a 5 minute walk to Kaaba. Friendly staff, especially the young Saudi workers. The breakfast was good, with a variety of options to choose from. Smooth check-in process, thanks to Ali from reception.
Will definitely be back Inshallah.

It is very close to Mecca, The sound of every namaz comes in my room and the feels are very nice. The heart becomes very happy
The housekeeping service here is very quick and nice. The staff is very helpful and cooperative always doing their work with a smile on their faces and making us feel welcome. They have dealt us with full attention. Everything was delivered beautifully and in perfect order. The quality of the service itself was outstanding

It is a great place to stay. The rooms are good, breakfast buffet tasty and the staff is helpful, especially the bell boy Dauwood who took extra care of our luggage making sure it didn't get misplaced during checkout and carefully loaded our luggage in the bus

I will give most points to location. It is inside the Haram area and you come out directly on front of the gates of the Holy Mosque. Loved the stay here and the services. Recommended to everyone.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its prime location near the masjid is a big plus, with convenient entrances from both the side and the clock tower. However, be prepared to wait for the elevators and navigate a bit inside the building. Overall, a great choice for its location.
