Good hotel considering it's not-so-great location. The rooms are spacious but there's too much noise around the doors feel like they are always open.

The hotel requires full rennovation, also the location and service is not the best. The employees are very nice and cooperative.

I've never been disappointed on this level before was not expecting that a Diplomatic suite will be this much older and in bad condition.
The very first thing we faced was a drainage issue in the bathroom and shower tubs.
Breakfast buffet was good but not much items were displayed very less dishes. Like you can't expect this from a Switzerland brand hotel to be on this level.
The hotel vibes are very OLD. Like I am paying more to live in a 1980s Hotel.
Staff was good.
And cleanness was above average.
