Rooms are ok but at the time of my visit with my family there was no Hot water in Hotel for 3 days they don’t have any Alternate solution and very rude response from Reception attenders when I am asking regarding Hot water.

Old hotel. Have issues with Wi-Fi and room temperature during cold season. Personnel is ignoring complaints.

Maybe it will be a great hotel if the bathtub sinks the water, the sink floats the water. No heater, ac was too noisy and it wasn't cooking at all. I couldn't sleep the whole night. But however the receptionist was kind. Horrible experience I hope they work on the hotel and make it better.

Room was having AC water leak and pass me wrong information regarding timing. I have recorded the video.
Manager Abdul Azeez messed up made the case into worse further. We've forced to check out due to his professional response.

Bad service, water dirty when I took a shower the color of the water yellow. It doesn’t deserve 4 star, it’s below 2 star.
