Very nice and clean hotel, all staff members are extremely helpful and have very quick service.
Special thanks to MD Khairul Islam for doing a great job cleaning the room, he was very quick and efficient and went above and beyond to make sure all of my needs were taken care of.
Would recommend anyone coming for Umrah to stay at the Sheraton, I would definitely come again.
Pros:
- luxurious and clean
- very nice, helpful, multilingual staff/ security
- close distance to Masjid al Haram
- nice breakfast buffet
Cons:
- slight slope from hotel to masjid which may be difficult for the elderly or people in wheelchairs
- some outlets in rooms don’t work

Great Service!
We stayed 6 nights at the hotel. The overall service was very good. The staff were always cordial and helpful. Our housekeeper Saju Ahmed and his team was excellent at their service. He always made himself available whenever needed and kept our room nice and clean when we were away. The hotel is very close to the new extension of the Grand Masjid and can be reached by approx. 15mins walk. It would be nice if the hotel plays the Haram recitations and Azan in the room. During our stay that service was unavailable.
