IT WAS A FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE.
The restaurant had a charming ambiance with a cozy, modern decor that added to the overall atmosphere.The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had a great dining experience.The flavors were exquisite, and the presentation was top-notch.
The restaurant was spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the hygiene measures they had in place. Looking forward to coming back soon Insha Allah.

I stayed in room number 535 and 504. Excellent service by Mr. Shohaq, Zakria and Moinuddin they were exceptionally good. Rooms were always clean with good room service. Great location however lifts were small and crowded during prayer times. I had few problems with room key but overall experience was good

This hotel service is very poor. The price you pay and the service you receive do not match up. I wrote a review complaining about trying to contact the hotel with regards to a lost and found item i forgot at their hotel. Still to date I have no response. They told me to contact them via their social media platforms, when I asked them which platform and what the contact was I got no response. I sent them numerous emails and received not a single response. I cannot believe that this hotel is part of the Accor group which is supposed to be so world renowned, yet something so simple can not be resolved. I am STILL awaiting a response. It has been 5 days many phone calls and many emails and still nothing. DISAPPOINTING

It was an absolute delight. The hotel itself was stunning and a great location. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from Ms. Omaima. From helpful tips to prompt assistance, she went above and beyond. A heartfelt thanks to Ms. Omaima and the entire hotel team for an unforgettable experience.
