The place is very nice and clean . The biggest issue is the receptionist ! He is not well trained to manage the bookings and payments ! Had to leave because of that reason :(

The good : something different from the norm, the staffs are very well trained , hospitality to the dot , the feel of the rooms and the ambiance is cleanly followed to theme , especially to the merchandise placement within the rooms as a decor is an add on for checkout as well , also the self checkout shop , the recreation room , the gyms especially the ladies gym, Kudos to the well scripted feel, attention to the subtle details and hidden gem of a hotel.
The contrary : thru booking.com and google , you will get lost and mostly end up on top of the “As salaama round about” :D (in all honestly), rather just phone the hotel or message on the booking.com app and they will respond or guide you to their location.

Perfection a simple word to describe this hotel. Urban Southern Saudi design ??? to the smallest detail. I enjoyed my stay here and for sure ill come back again ?. 9/10 definitely worth it. It is not just a hotel it’s an experience and cozy home. Hope to see you in all over Saudi ???

Great central location. Easy check-in process, friendly and accommodating stuff. If you are looking for a local yet one of a kind stays, I strongly recommend Shada.
