Worst experience ever!!
No response from the customer service.
They only respond with the pre written statement without even reading my messages.
Very bad hotel save your money and book somewhere else.

It was good experience fast service and fast check in . Rooms is beautifully decorated with Asiri southern style.
Definitely Ms.Reem on the reception is professional and helpful.
