The hotel's staff is good but the arrangements and management were not too good.

If i could i would rate them zero star, toilets were damaged seriously see the pictures and the video I’ve attached also the room had some disgusting smell to it to top that off the indian guy that works there so called supervisor or whatever he seriously needs to find another occupation No customer service skills no communication skills was completely uncivilised and rude other staff members were good.
