3rd rate. Very expensive for what this is. Hotel now has no record of my visit only a few months ago. I am following up on an item I left behind (at the time I called the very day I checked out and they said they would have it for 6 months… but now my booking has disappeared.) They do not respond to email.

The hotel is good the food is good but the manager is so un professional he changed our reservation for brunch we are group of women and also he lies and said this is our reservation. So rude.

Stayed 4 night seeing the website and pic
Big letdown as right from front desk to house keeping is below average.
Paid 1600 plus Sr and was awarded room smelling of smoke
Asked for firm pillow they sent regularly pillow
Orderd 2 meals in room both below average inspite of asking for bread basket did not send any. For vegetarian there is no choice . Though the world is going vegan
Will not stay again
