Great and large room, modern design, clean. Shower bed should have more slope as water tends to stagnate.
Great service, in particular Shakir Ahmed in the meeting rooms.

The fastest Check-In less then a minute, Amazing Hospitality, Greeted with Simile and offered complimentary Breakfast and late check out. Next time this I shall make my booking with the same Hotel and would be happy to see the three gentleman.

Hotel policy - not able to take hold on credit card and had to pay for dinner/room service independently and not able to pay for all at check out and one bill but many receipts over the week for work expenses.
Breakfast was very average with bread/pastries not covered and all hard. Location is good but during morning and evening traffic is very heavy

Their in-room food service and reception were very bad.
They give you half information and hide the one in their side.
I had ordered my dinner from in room service And With no valid reason they cancelled my diner Without telling me, if I did not call back following up, I would not know,, P.S. i had an early course in the morning
It is basic sense.
And on top of that , the food dose not taste good it should be beef burger, but i got surprised with double beef burger and egg also inside which is not stated in the menu.

As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with an upgrade to my room, I was given early check-in and late check-out and the employees took great care of me during my stay. The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. I'd like to thank especially Bassam AlThubaiti, the front office manager, he made sure I was comfortable during my entire stay and helped me whenever I needed anything. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jeddah. Thank you! I will recommend to my colleagues!

Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam is a good hotel and well decorated and furnished. I visited this hotel in the mid of June, 2022. They have 1 refined restaurant named as The Ladder which serves International cuisine and it is open to public and have open buffet for breakfast, Lunch and dinner and also have one cafe named as THe Ladder cafe and it is also open to public. Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam have an out door swimming pool only for the men. They have a business lounge which serves snacks between 5PM to 9 PM.
