Hana and ziyad , these 2 at the reception are extremely helpful and kind. The are really good at customer service and we had a good comfortable stay here.

The beds and the rooms are very comfortable, nice range of food as well, overall I enjoyed it and it’s very comfortable staying here. I’m usually picky about the bathrooms but the bathrooms in this hotel was really amazing, nice and big and it actually felt very amazing since they provided with body wash lotion, shampoo and conditioner. I would stay here again. It’s also not far away from the airport, maybe 25 minutes away if there is traffic.

Really nice hotel, had everything we needed. Hotel staff were also very nice and helpful. Hannah and the team at reception were also very accommodating and spoke good English too.
Would definitely recommend !

Very nice hotel. This is my favorite place in Jeddah because of the service and proximity to my work. You can feel the warm hospitality from the moment you enter the hotel at the reception. The receptionists are very warm and welcoming especially Hana Kanaan who has a very pleasant and peaceful smile which soothes any jet lag a guest can have

Hotels offer free Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, minibars, sitting areas, tea, and coffeemakers. Upgraded rooms have Nespresso machines. The buffet restaurant has many different options and the quality is extremely high. The room service was also first class. Other amenities include restaurants, cafes, kids club, outdoor swimming pool, steam room, etc.
