I had a very nice stay in the hotel , the room was comfortable, the staff were supportive, especially Mr. Hussain in the day shift, and the sudanese gentleman in the night-shift , I recommend the hotel for everyone

My room did not have towels, no windows, internet was down the entire time and the food wasn't so great.

Other than location nothing is good in this hotel, rude staff, bad service and pathetic amenities. There are major issues with facilities and they just don't care for your issues you will only get rude responses with no resolution. Think 10 times before deciding to book.

Its a kind of ok ok hotel. The room I was given was dark. No window, no natural light, let alone air. The hotel is visibly old. Everything is aged. Location is good. Kingdom tower, Murabba Palace or other tourist attraction is within 7 to 10 km radius. Fooding options are very less, even at the vicinity. The staffs are friendly and well behaved.
