Really poor service, hotel don't respond to email or call.
They cancelled my booking 2 times for no raison and cancelled my friend booking too.
When you re-do the booking, they increase the price by 50 %

Location is good , all reception staffs are extremely amazing . We stayed 1 night with Family room no 008. Unfortunately some basic amenities are missing like toiletries, hair dryers are not working . Also the walls are bit dirty need to paint. Any way overall is good except the above few points . At last the pricing is feels high compared to same category hotels, might be the reason Eid Holidays
