Nobody was there at the reception upon my arrival. I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to show up and give me my room.
Elevator was out of service. Had to climb to my room and take my bags because there was no one to help me with the bags.
The toilet flush was not working in the first room so I moved to another room.
The bed mattress was humid and there was a leak in the toilet that the floor in the bathroom was always wet.
At check-out there was nobody there at the reception too.
The location was the best thing in this place. It is just in front of Nesto super market.

The bed was broken and the mattress was old enough to feel the springs in your back. Without mention the dirty of it and the sheets as well the below.
The certain was damaged and removed, so you had to wake up with the sun rises ?
The good things was the AC, location of it and the hospitality stuff.

The bed sheets are dirty and have some spots, the refrigerator sound is too loud and the mattress is very poor and unclean. shortly, it was a bad experience

We received two appartments via Al Matar App and we paid online in advance, when we arrived the recipiention guy told us simply that there is only one apartment ?.
The rooms:
The bed sheets are dirty and had some dirt spots.
The AC is not good.
There are Flys ?
The refrigerator is not good.
The toilet water tank is not working.

It is one of worst Experiences I have ever had no one answering the phone and I had to wait for 5 hours just to check in .You have to wait until 4pm to check in It is ramadan . It is not what do you Expect from OYO .Sheet were not clean light it is not enough in the room air conditioner is terrible I could not sleep because of it .
