I arrived there with a booking, From the morning at 9am, Suddenly the indian or bangladesh staff told me it was full please come back at 4pm, I came Back at 3pm hoping that we will get a room, The Manager as he Told His name is Sami. Informed me The Booking.com is closes and OYO is not accepting booking. I came from riyadh, waited for 7hours straight, not to mention 4hours driving and this is the kind of service I will received? Moreover I Am not sure if they will refund my Money or put me on no show so they can claim my booking. It is not only worse Humility, but the Integrity of Booking.com and OYO is in question here. I reviewed the whole ratings of this Hotel and All I see is negative and violent reactions from the guests. Is this the Way for OYO and Booking.com to threat their customers?
