we book a room at booking.com and we got an confirmation that we got a booked. when we are at the site the staff told us that they dont have available room the same as what we booked. after that the staff offer us a bigger room, we dont have any choice but to take the room even if he cost us more expensive compared the one we booked, the worst thing is the A.C is not even working well. we inform the staff but he doesnt do anything. when we check out no one is there, someone said that the receptionist is sleeping. we dont even get our change because we need to leave early.
