Very nice and helpful hotel staff . Had an issue with the electricity at 5 am and it was settled in less than 15 mn. Clean room. Good breakfast . Great location. Good value for money

Hi, I am on a business visit and staying in this Hotel for one week. The staff is good, the food is Ok, Rooms are old and not up to the mark.
Why I am going one is this is FIFA World cup and this hotel doesn't have a TV channel which streams match, not even in a common area. I complained to them and they said just sorry.
So if you are planning to stay at this time avoid the hotel.

All staff well trained with front desk staff exceptional, nothing was to much trouble and all spoke fluent English. Good gym facilities unfortunately no batteries in the seated cycles but everything else excellent. Hotel is getting a bit tired and could do with a revamp, carpets in rooms worn/ torn. Horrendously expensive in-house laundry prices, cheaper to buy new socks and underwear than to have them laundered here.
Breakfast is very good and caters for all nationalities. Great location for the kingdom tower and its shopping mall.

Everything is great! First, the location of the hotel is outstanding. It is near everything. But I think what makes this hotel outstanding is on how receptionists handle clients. Because they are the first people whom clients will encounter. Mr. Amer in the reception is extremely accomodating, polite, courteous, and experienced. Very composed and professional. From the start of my check in, he knows how to make clients satisfied. He made the room available early for me. From the time of my checkout also, I had some issues but he handled it so calmly and so professional when he saw I got a little irritated. Rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. Food is just great for its star rating. The filipino servers are accomodating as well. Excellent for working professionals. I will definitely be back!

We had dinner buffet wonderful variety of dishes we really enjoyed it. Staff are super nice and helpful. Big thanks for Marisa for her amazing and welcoming smile
