My first stay in Riyadh. I think this hotel has a very very friendly staff. Front desk is well spoken in English so I really loved the stay here. Didn't get to use the gym here but definitely checked out the pool n gym looks good. Room service is very good. People are v friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a great spread. Thank you for making this stay v memorable wishing wvwry one a happy Eidh and holidays !!!

Nice hotel to stay. Room is clean and staff are helpful and friendly (reception and housekeeping). Walking distance to Kingdom tower. Bathroom is nice and i like their toiletries, skin friendly :-)
Will recommend this hotel and will come back here again.

At Novotel Hotel I have a pleasant experience in Europe, therefore, I chose to stay at the same hotel in Riyadh. The room was clean and tidy, unfortunately, I did not get the chance to have a better view as well a higher floor.
Delightful, Homey and relaxing stay.
