Spacious, new rooms, nice view. Breakfast was great. It should be a 5 ⭐️ but some negatives during check-in.
- the check-in take a very long time. We were very tired and just want to check-in.
- they gave us 2 rooms in separate buildings which was not fair as I have booked online a long time before date of arrival and I have already raise a request during booking.

We stayed here for a total of five nights starting New Years day 2023. We had an overall OK experience here, but for the price they are severely lacking some quality control and servicing issues.
Here are some things that are good about this hotel:
1. Location: it is located away from the crazy traffic off the vicinity of Al Haram but still near all the places of interest.
2. Definitely a new building with a , Good layout& architecture and an excellent breakfast. The manager who is in charge of running the breakfast deserves a lot of praise for running a tight ship.
Here are some of the things that are definitely needed for improvement:
1. The front desk is very slow to response. We had to call around four times and finally had to go downstairs and had to speak in to someone in person to get any service for our room. It took around two hours for something that should have been taken care off within 15 minutes.
2. The moment we entered our room, it had a very bad odor coming from the toilet and the sink. For a fairly new building we were all very surprised that the plumbing was done so poorly.
3. We ordered a chicken sandwich from the room service on our last day of our trip and received a sandwich that had went bad already. I wouldn’t be surprised if people got food poisoning. Quality control needed.
4. This hotel is lacking quality control which lead to some instances of bad customer service, and unhygienic food. Future customers would probably have better service and experience if these things were addressed and implemented.

Novotel hotel chain never disappoints the guest on the quality experience.
The rooms are spacious and the restaurant food is good.
The hotel staff are very much cooperative and provide timely assistance.
The hotel is little far though from Haram but the regular shuttle service from the hotel eases out the traveling. Not all hotels provide these service.

Stayed there four nights. Excellent hotel. Very good breakfast on RT floor. The lift service is fast and efficient. Shuttle is available regularly to and from Al Haram. Parking for guests available on P1 P2 P3 floors.
The only issues are very less staff at front desk. And not many restaurants for lunch and dinner, but in room service is available.

The interiors are amazing and outstanding. The staff is highly cooperated specially Reception staff. Me and my brother had a lovely stay at your hotel. Will come again and choose Novotel yet again. May Allah prosper you more and more. Have a good day .
