The hotel looks great
The price online is cheaper than the price individually
The W/C needs to be cleaner and needs some maintain
The A/C voice is too noisy

The experience was amazing and i would like to thank the person who assist us. Melvin Cortez for giving us a very wonderful experience in oir stay in novotel he was really helpful and kind... im planning to come back again soon...

Had so much fun joining an event for Filipino Community in Jizan last thursday night. The food is great and so grateful to Mr. Melvin Cortez for the warm accommodation. Can’t wait to be back for some buffet breakfast and dinner. So thankful for the experience.

Mr. Melvin and Shernan are very respectful to the guests.. It is a clean and nice place.. Also the food is good.. ?
