Dinner served are awesome and the staffs is absolutely helpful.
Ali is very humble at reception.

The place was amazing the service, and food was good and the reception staff were so sweet and helpful, and the view from the room at night was magical.

Great service all together, especially from sister Nouf, she was extremely polite and hospitable. I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Jizan.

If your visiting Jizan/ Jazan better stay in Novotel. The only thing they missed is the sauna. And pool should open earlier than 9am. Aside from that everything is wonderful. Thank you for the great service ?

Everything is amazing, clean and really amazing location.
We have a great chance to eat at the seafood restaurant in the hotel.
Really delicious and really good customer service.
