staff behaviour is polite. the central hall is not big enough for gathering. overall, it was perfect. thank the Grand Millennium team.

Great in everything except their laundry service isn't reliable as they close early so must take precautions.

The hotel and facilities are wonderful, the staff are really nice and friendly. The only problem I have faced that you can’t find careem, Uber and Bolt rides from and to the hotel easily because it’s according to a taxi driver is far away from the city.

Excellent facility in an excellent location. Service not at the level of 5 star hotel. Waiting in the lobby lounge over half an hour to be served even when we told them that we want to order.
Also the food at the restaurant wasn't at the level mostly a 3 star hotel. The same for the breakfast maximum rated as 3 star hotel. During breakfast it took over 45 min to empty the tables from plates left by previous clients.
And last I am in the hotel 2 days now and still my room didn't fixed up.
Hope better future effort because really the location and the facility worth more.

I came and stayed for a business trip, but I always encountered negative things at the facility. Room service did not clean and maintain the room for the first three days. I couldn’t barely sleep because of the dozens of mosquitoes nestled in the wardrobe. Since the hotel is outside the city, a car is required to participate in social life. Although the hotel looked quite big and beautiful, it was not a comfortable stay at all. I didn’t try the food, but the open buffet breakfast was nice. It was my first and last stay at this hotel.
