this is my 1st time i stayed in this hotel
The reception is lovely and welcoming by Mr. Hassan treats you professionally
good reception they are professional tanks to Miss. Lena and miss. Sarah
my family spent an enjoyable days at the hotel
housekeeping good thanks to rony and jahid hasan and nomar
there is no security at all during my stay for 3 days that was too bad
tanks to bell boy Mohamed helpful
I didn't get my point for my stay
Only one room stay the rest not received

The room was beautiful and it was a comfy bed also, I was very impressed with the quality of the sheets, towel, pilow, Locitane soap and shampoo also,The staff were friendly and professional. And too much fully hygiene food and very good taste, I'm very Happy.

The most beautiful and unique experience for the first time to do a massage and a Moroccan bath with the specialist. Thank you Kim. A creative massage with all the precision in the details. A refreshing feeling. The service and the beauty of the place in terms of decor. I can come back again.

Several times i visit Novotel Business Park Dammam to stay for a few days before joining the ship, i feel confortable. The Receptionist their name Abdul Aziz and Samah are very kind to give service for check in (fast and nicely).

As part of my long stay st Novotel, I would like to highlight the exceptional service of Mr. Sumon in the room service department. Mr. Sumon never failed to provide an exceptional and pre-expected service in a quick manner and high professionalism, and not to forget his wonderful smile that reflects a warm meaning of hospitality! This guy is a real asset to the hotel👏👏
